i already have a good user base for my site , so i have bought an adsense ready made website pack for them , i would like to know if it is not against the Adsense Tos to put the ad in such website? Adsense ready sites are sites which have more than 300 pages and is for various categories.

I don't think it is against AdSense TOS. Let us see it and we can tell you if something is wrong with it, but not simply because it's an adsense ready made website means it's ok or not.

Yeah, its not directly against the TOS. TOS says you should not place Adsense codes on a site MADE ONLY FOR ADSENSE but nothing says for Adsense readymade sites, better you provide the URL so that we can take a look and tell you if there is anything wrong with it.

no content but adsense = MFA,
but even site with content can be MFA
it is all about the purpose of the webpage. If you create the page/content to gain from adsense, it is MFA. It is hard to define the word MFA

But will this page exist anymore or will google close advertising on it, when they catch this site?

No content but adsense= MOFA (IMHO)
    Little content/useless content/duplicate content/blah blah with adsense = MFA

I have seen few similare sites going down fast, after reporting them.
So you can have a ray of hope.

don't think google go after MFA site as long as the follow TOS
however, they rank bad in SE since content are junk.

Say what you will about MFA's, they do make money for a lot of people.
Bottom line on those types of sites is traffic.
Someone puts up an acne site, MFA, and gets promoting the site good.
Visitors are not going to get excited that it is a MFA site, they are there for acne information.

With content, etc...google is not going to close them down.
And as pointed out, most MFA sites are lousy at ranking.

I am talking about MFAs, they do pretty well.
I am talking about MOFA sites. MOFA sites are pretty junk and even google ban them from Adsense (few times ;) )
