I am looking for someone to do something that I think should be really simple. All I need is to someone to come up with the HTML code that can do this. All I want to do is to have my webpages with my name written in text, and to be able to add a banner behind it. The banner must be able to be rotating, and be able to be linkable. I prefer it to be in flash. The text must be on the webpage and the banner is to run from another location so I can use an iframe to insert the banner. If you can do this reply by PM with an example. I will pay by paypal for the work I want completed.

what do you mean it has to rotate? all of that is very simple i just need to know what you mean by rotating
