Put picture in frame with php

    Hey,
    Im looking for something like this:

    as you can see every picutre in a frame, i would like to ask if i have similar frame, can you make php script that will put the thumbnail inside and will make it picture?

    If you can, how much for this work?

    Why not do this with CSS? if you would like me to do the css solution then it will be 10$ :)

    Css is also solution..
    For anyone that didnt understand, i would like put some picture in frame, for example here the frame is what around the picture.

    CSS is the best bet here. And the cheapest option, too.
    I recommend giving up the idea of having the images edited on the server to include them in frames, imagine what happens if you decide to change the website design eventually.
