I am near to buy a site. When I ask current site owner for why he didn't add adsense on his site, he replied that google close his account many month because of multiple clicks.

My question is may i add my adsense code on that site?

If you do not seek approval first, you will get banned.

Too risky. I would try adbrite ads or YPN ads or some other ad networks.

Go ahead and ask. Do it before you change ownership. That way, you can inform them of the change in ownership and get approved. I've never had a problem.

Sticky Situation... If his account was disabled for invalid clicks, it is possible that the domain was as well. I wouldn't buy it if my goal is adsense revenue.

Yes you can. But the multi click might happen again and cause your adsense account banned.

My post got deleted from this thread?

Anyway, If google disabled adsense to serve ads to his site, then the domain is blocked, So you cant show ads on it.
You can test it by asking him to put ur ad code on it, if it shows a blank box where the ads shud be, it means his domain is disabled
