I am near to buy a new website. When I ask current site owner for why he
didn't add adsense on his website, he replied that google close his
account many months ago because of invalid clicks.

My question is may i add my adsense code on that website?

    rejected or banned?

if a site is banned for invalid clicks, you cannot put adsense banners on it.

i have a link which can check if you site is banned or not. but i cannot find it right now.

i will post that link later here.

If his site has been disabld by google, that means the domain is not allowed to display ads, the only way to ad ads would be to either buy a new domain name and redirect traffic or email google and try to get them to reinstate your domain

Yeah you could try a 301 redirect, a subdomain *may* work. So you could try say blog.website.com or even wwww.website.com could work...

whether the site itself got banned or not, it will be risky to add adsesen on that site since the previous owner's account got banned. if the site itself is not banned by google, then i suggest you contact adsense support and let them know that you are the new owner of that site befire you use adsense on it. you can use "adsense preview tool" to see whether the site was banned by adsense or not

Sticky Situation... If his account was disabled for invalid clicks, it is possible that the domain was as well. there have been a few people on this forum that have purchased sites and not gotten adsense to work due to a previous banning of the domain.

I wouldn't buy it if my goal is adsense revenue.
