Put a proxy site up and running for 5 bucks

I just need someone to find a nice FREE script on the internet for a proxy website, upload it to my ftp, check that it works, and 5 dollars will be deposited into your paypal account. I already have a domain with hosting, the site is setup and ready to go, pm me for details of the login info of the ftp. The script cannot be php, it has to be cgi.

i have done this with a cgi script 10 times before give me 5 minutes and it's done.

 

are you able to run cgi on your host?
