260 is warm up weight for me ;) Currently I have bloated out a bit being hurt, 240 or so, during training which I am finally back to 220's. 29 years old, I do not do pullups..

Current max unknown, I tore my pec and shoulder, leaving me with incline and declines only. Even with injury though 300 easily, much more once I'm healed ;)

Yeah, I have a bunch of friends who are pretty stacked and a couple of them have hurt their shoulders as well. It happens when you train up your pecs too fast and don't work your shoulders enough to keep pace. I had a friend who couldn't lift for a year after he hurt his shoulder doing bench.

I'm still only 22, so hopefully I will start to catch up to you eventually...
Why don't you do back? Please tell me your not one of the guys who only works his chest and bis...:]

Also, I just switched up my lifting schedule after 3 years of doing the four day switchoff w/ back & bis one day, chest and tris next, then legs, then shoulders. I have been doing a lot of reading and talking to people and I keep hearing advocates for the 3 day a week, whole body each time schedule(4-5 sets of 7-9 for each major body part). What do you do?

Bah! I workout every part of my body, I do back, tri's, bi's, shoulders, forearms, quads, calves, everything you can think of.

I hurt myself because I changed my grip, simple as that. I have only been back to lifting for about 7 or 8 months now, 3 months I was hurt or so.

A guy talked me into going with a wider grip then I usually use, this caused more stress onto my shoulders when I was pressing a set of 270 causing a tear, which still is not fully healed.

I workout currently 'but today I'm off because I'm to sore'

Chest on Monday morning, back on Monday night. Shoulders Tuesday morning, bi's and tri's Tuesday Night, Legs Wendsay, then start it back over Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Sunday is an off day.

Pic of me at 245 ;)

Pic was up long enough ;)

you have a very nice body man ... you should go to sea-site, i think that your muscles will become more proeminent if you will have a red-brown skin insted of a white one

There are many factors to the number of pushups but the most important is is upperbody strength to total body mass ratio.

Taller people for example can't do as many pushups as shorter people, all else being equal.

I've been sucking in since I was 13. There's nothing wrong with that; girls do it all the time! I can create the illusion of a 25 1/2" waist for at least 18 hours a day!:p

Nice pic. I don't have one of myself at work, but I still am pretty lean body: 6'5'' 215. I need to bulk up. I like your workout, but don't you overtrain (unless your juicing, which helps you recover faster)? And where do you find the time for two-a-day lifts? I have a tough time getting in there once a day.

lol sucking in..are you for real? If I suck in my chest comes out 2x as far...

#1 I'm self employed, I can lift whenever I want to
#2 If you have the right genetics you can lift 2x a day, I am naturally built. What you see if mostly natural to be truthful, I have only been back lifting for in reality less than 1/2 a year so haven't done much more than regain my natural in shape strength.

How many years have you lifted before that? Since playing sports in high school?...12 years? I personally believe that the majority of people can get pretty huge if they work at it. Sure, genetics do have a strong effect, but it's all about your work ethic and dedication in the end. Most of the greatest athletes are also known as the hardest workers (MJ, TO (love him or hate him, he's good), Jerry Rice, etc.)

I lifted in high school, I was much, much stronger and bigger then.
I then stopped lifting, I went back to it for a bit about 3 years ago and stopped, and am back at it again, this time keeping up with it.

I am naturally big, some guys are naturally tiny, my biceps are naturally 17" when toned, about 18" now, not much more over natural at the moment.

Genetics is key, yes you still need to bust your ass, but especially with weight lifting some people are easy gainers like me, others are hard gainers...

lol 25 1/2" there must not be much to you..:D
