You may know this is based on the story of Chris Gardner...who goes from being ok to very very poor to bottom out, but never gives up, keeps a positive attitude and who finally succeeds. It is a very stressful film if you have had humble beginnings. What I really liked is it is based on what appears to be a great American story indeed. The toughness of life at the bottom and a man’s passion to better ones self is told well. My kid liked it, wife liked it ,Thumbs up here too. I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie. I saw an interview with the real Chris Gardner, he seemed like a really down-to-earth guy, with a great story
this was probably the best movie ive ever seen at the movie theatres (aside from Pirates of the Caribbean)
Yep - movie looks great. An important film. Chris Gardner himself is a helluva guy, from what I can tell. Great story.
It's a movie life is more ruff and things like that probably will not happen to many people Anyway happyness is not about money (or it should not be about money like it is in our days )
Well that's the point of the movie, isn't it? Also, there's no such thing as happyness, that's just how it's spelled for the movie
I need to see it before the Oscars. What I have heard is that it is a lot of Pursuit and not much Happiness but I am willing to give it a go because I have often found the happiest films are the most annoying.
hey, besides a positive attitude you also need some luck in order to go from poor to rich btw, thanks for the movie suggestion
