It's good if you do seo work for your website and for local searches u can also do local listing for your website you must have to target less competitive and high search volume keywords to get the ranking quickly. I know it take's time to get ranking but if you want then u can also do PPC (Pay Per Click) for your website but you have to put the bid on the keywords which u have to target its a very quick method to get the ranking but u have to pay the money for the bidding.
