first, i bought this domain from expired domains on name.com, and i never do anything to make this PR4 valid
second, i check backlink using backlinkwatch.com, and check the backlink PR using masschecker
third, so the PR for main page/home page, and not for inner page
fouth, this is an old domain, and many many backlinks have gone

the PR of main page/home page is irrelevant for backlink value, the same as the value of backlinks that are gone (unless you also give time machine with your domain offer to go and use it in the past )
