    Here are 4 niche blogs, all are turnkey in both ways ready to go and not unique. Sites are new and built to sell, so assume no sales or traffic, thus the pricing.

    All names are at godaddy after paypal payment will push domain to godaddy account and send ft/cpanel/admin data and allow two weeks to move to your hosting.
