Thanks to adsense, the internet is totally full of trash. It's like a waste land.

I have seen atlest 1000's of sites like this.. who advertise in google adwords still google isnt banning because google is earning 30-50 times more than they spend on adsense..
so i think for next 1 or 2 years google wont be taking any steps against MFA sites

There is a far simpler solution, which is for Google to approve each site individually for the AdSense program, but it isn't going to happen.

Making that change would mean 10x the resources and a huge cut in revenue. From an advertisers standpoint, if they get the visitor and the conversion, they don't care what the site looked like.

So these MFA's are bad for the internet but I'm not sure how bad they are for advertisers and they certainly aren't bad for Google

Perhaps I will catch a lot of flak for this, but if you found this page via AdWords, you may benefit from studying these sites if you're interested in AdSense/AdWords arbitrage. You can learn something useful from every site.

Now if only we could search the web via AdSense publisher id ;)

Whats interesting to note here is that this dude has blocked out many of his counterpart MFA sites.

Here are more from the same person:

    54lldhxd.info
    c5buvkd.info
    cuocgnd.info
    fu7mpm8.info
    gadcmp.info
    kuod35y.info
    wekst.info
    y6chblg.info

If google is so strict at filtering out duplicate content, doorway pages et al then why are they making an exception with these junk sites? Just because they are paying them 0.02 cents or because they are helping them getting more clicks on legitimate (high paying) sites? I haven't heard from any advertiser who is disturbed from MFAs yet they do sometimes create problems for legitimate publishers with original quality content.

The interesting thing is the point of maturity for these sites must be so fast that they care little (okay, nothing at all) about the domain name and are using purely purchased traffic. It's formulaic even. There's definitely a trend going - these sites continue to crop up because they must work. This issue won't go away until the source of the issue is removed - their profitability.

Well pointed out, Art. MFA owners are definitely collecting enough revenue to continue in that fashion and many newbies are following their footsteps too. For Google to continue in the same fashion and hold it's current edge over rivals (YPN and the imminent Msn PPC) they need to give MFAs, a 'serious' thought.
