I need your help populating my seo friendly reciprocal links directory.

Smarty Links is currently a strong PR 4, but should jump up significantly with the next update.

    http://www.smartylinks.com
http://www.smartylinks.com/addurl.html - add url page is also PR 4

It is built from the ground up so that the category pages get equal amounts of love from the home page and all inside pages. That should mean good traffic and PR benefits for all the categories.

All 14 of the category pages are linked on front page + every inside page.

A good quality Goo indexed Reciprocal Link is required and will be verified, as will a valid email address, but otherwise the submission is instantly added, but will be eyeballed and deleted if not a quality web page and/or quality reciprocal link.

Also, I have many other web sites of all themes, so custom link trades will be considered with high quality sites and seo savvy partners.

Random rotating co-op links may be helpful, but there is nothing like a high quality PERMANENT link!

    Thanks and happy linking!

    Mike

You should accept third party links - I wanted to recip. from blog.bkweddings.com and add the url www.bkweddings.com but it wouldn't let me...

nevermind... in the last few minutes I thought about it and figured out several reasons why that would be a problem.

It's a shame you want reciprocal links, don't think mine would be worth anything to you.

The category pages that the links go on are PR 4 (most all of them).

I just added an option to add your link without an exchange. Only $15.95 for a featured lifetime web listing at the top of the page.

    Example:

I purchased a Premium listing on smartylinks and am quite pleased. It was posted within a day or two and I've got a great spot on a PR4 cat page.

The page is a straightup html page linked from home, and the link itself is as advertised.

    Thanks Mike... Good luck.

You'll get much more traffic if you run a free directory. Link exchange directories... are something from the past. No bad feelings about this. It's too posible that free directories are memories from the past already (but we don't know about this). I wouldn't even get into this thread but... I used to have 'reciprocal links exchange' and some hot niche 'links exchange' in g SERPs... in the golden age of link exchanges when casino and pills was not in the bad hood.IMHO don't bother to optimize for 'links exchange'. There is much converting real traffic in this.

I don't agree with you mate! Reciprocal links are just another form of payment imo. If you want a good quality link from a well structured directory, you shouldn't mind giving something back, right?

So go ahead, stop complaining and submit your site. And, while you are at it, submit it to my directory as well. :D

I can't seem to submit. I keep getting a 500 internal server error. Is this just me doing something wrong??

I am using the following information:
    Name: Ram
    Email:
    URL: http://links-directory.newzealandphotography.co.nz
Link title: New Zealand Photography - New Zealand Photos
Site title: New Zealand Photography - New Zealand Photos
Description: The New Zealand Photography website contains images, travel information, useful links, opinion polls and more cool stuff from New Zealand.
    Category: Arts
    Recip: http://links-directory.newzealandphotography.co.nz/directories2.php

The recip link page is a newer page so isn't showing a PR at the moment. But, it is linked from a PR4 page (directories.php), so it should be at least a PR3.

You can also exchange links with my directory if you want. When you submit your site, you can select a password. This will allow you to edit your listing in the future.
