Pure HTML/CSS Menu Needed !

Is that possible to make a Pure CSS Menu. I need a Vertical Fly out menu for a website. where can be use a table tag. even no table tag for ie hacking.

where can i get the menu? please help me out

I have checked all the menu, do not have a pure css. if i remove the table then it doest not work in IE.

 

Pure HTML and CSS? without tables or JS? well I don't think there's a cross browsers solution.

Well I can use a external js file. menu just need to be using <ul></ul> tag still searching
