Buying Purchasing Traffic for Drug Website

    Before I start this is a website for marijuana so I need to find a traffic provider that is willing to send to this niche.
    Next I'm looking for mostly US visitors but I will accept some from Canada/Mexico/UK.

    I'm looking to purchase 1k or so visitors to begin with and go from there if I am happy with the service. I want traffic that will stay on the site for a bit of time and visit a few pages and preferably some of the traffic will result in some return visitors. I'm not looking for strictly hit-and-run visitors.
