purchasing high pr links. good/bad ?

    Surely, links with good PR have very high effect in case they meet the following conditions:
    a) A link comes from a site that has good SE traffic and Alexa rank
    b) There’re just a few proceeding links. Any links to RX, adults and gambling webs aren’t presented at all.
    c) Links’ related to your site.

    I wouldn't buy any link more expensive than $150

    I have never bought a link, and have always ranked well on any site I have worked on. The only one I have ever spent money on is for placement in dir.Yahoo. That is not deemed as link buying.

    i don't see buying high PR blogs bad. the only thing that stops me buying it is it cost high for me.
