purchasing high pr links. good/bad ?

I need to alter my SERP position (i know we all need to do that) and i'm thinking of purchasing some high pr links.

but before i spend money, i wanted to ask the global intellect (yes, i have high opinion about DP members ) about my decision.

I have set up the site some 2 months ago, and now want to purchase some 1-3 high PR (PR 5,6,7) links to my site.

Do you think this will give a good boost to my site ? and how much do you think is reasonable to spend on those links per month ?

Yes it will work, but you have to be careful where you get them. Google is getting good at detecting link buying networks. I would buy them from a individual not a link building company. As far as how much you should spend, i would say it all depends on how competitive the term(s) you are trying to rank for is. Start small and work your way up. This way you can track the progress and get more if need be.

Also, it is always better to get links naturally than to purchase them if possible. I would look for ways to get these links without paying.

 

Yeah, remember to be careful when buying links. Google can penalize your site but I heard in doesn't happen often in reality.

 

If you want to buy link its good for getting Google Page rank but not for SERP pages

Our company buys some high PR links and we pay about 1k per month....it is not cheap

But it works if you have the money

 

Because of the newness of the site, I would not recommend it yet. Get your free directory links finished first. Then go and use a low cost x-link service for 6 months. This will get your link text standardized. Then and only if you really need them, then buy them. But remember, if they are not there for 6 months, they will have no value to your site. And at the end of the year when you stop paying, your site will drop back.

The only way to gain from purchased high PR links is by placing them on the sites which are relevant for your site. Those links Google does accepts and counts as valid ones.

I think it depends on your needs, if you want to increase PR, you can buy 1 or 2 old and high rank site link, the cost is based on the site link you are going to buy, more famous site, more expensive, and it is suggested to buy some poorer but cheaper links with quantity to increase the total number of links to your site.

High PR links are very expensive and it is very important to make sure that your links will be from relevant content.
I do not know what is your objective and business model but I would say easy/quick solutions are normally very expensive.

Yes, it still work. But google can detect that if you cancel the the link. Try other methods like article marketing, social marketing or forum profile links. These can also iMprove your SERP position.

 

Not bad idea... its really good to buy PR links if you are spending money. And its beneficial for your site as back links will increase... But take only quality and relevant links.

 

I don't prefer link buying is good but if you buy links that site should relevant to your site and not too many outgoing links from that page. Do more link building strategies for good serp.

Purchasing any kind of High PR Links are Good till Google does not know about that.. But once google knows, you will be out of top results..

 

Buying high PR links always good. Just make sure, the site you're buying links from is close to your niche.
