Purchasing Adsense Websites And Knowing If They Got Banned

I would like to purchase a few wordpress websites and add my adsense code to these sites. How would I know if these site I wish to purchase were ever used by another adsense user that got their account banned. Is this a problem I should be concerned with?

 

if they got their adsense account banned it's ok, your adsense will work.
if they had ads disabled on the domain name that's another story, you'll need to contact adsense to say you're a new owner and would like ads enabled again on this domain name, but be sure that the site doesn't have content violating adsense tos

ask them to add adsense on the page, from any account. if it displays...

Yes, your web site needs to be approved by Adsense to be shown adsense ads.
