Purchasing a banned site

I read a thread about an adsense banned site for sell.

Who is banned the site? the owner? I purchased few weeks ago a site with adsense on it. I asked the seller if he 'by inadvertence' clicked on his ads and the answer was 'not sure for that one'.

So just wondering if the previous owner plaid 'get rich quick' with a site, could the site get banned or just the account owner?

    Thanks

I'd be very wary of this. I'd take the ads off and contact Google, be totally honest with them and see what they say.

The account, which is associated with the person, is what gets banned.

I saw the offer you're talking about - not worth it in my opinion. Adsense revenue is being used as a selling piont but I wouldn't be surprised if that revenue was generated fraudently.

I had to do that when I purchased the site, I'll contact them right away. I'm really pissed at myself, I got my first check already and should get a monthly one.

Sorry but we didn't laugh at you and it's a total different issue.

I wrote to Google and will see what they say. Definitively I don't click on my ads even 'by mistake'.
