Purchased Traffic Allowed?

    Hello everyone....

    Can anyone tell me if sending purchased traffic to affiliate sites or affiliate links is legal under the rules?

    I do realize that purchased traffic is generally not seen as a good idea but I'd like to perform an experiment with it but I don't want to break any rules while doing it.

    Where are you purchasing traffic from? It depends on the source & methods used to drive traffic. Remember - forced page loads (popups, etc...) are not allowed.

    Good question. Some offer popup/popunder traffic but some also offer redirected traffic. I suppose the popup/popunders are legal as long as they point to a landing page where visitors could then click an affiliate link. The redirects, I would think, are legal since the original click isn't forced and is just being redirected.

    I'll have to take a closer look.
