Purchase new domain name with niche

Hello friends,

I am going to purchase a domain for adsense. But exact keyword domain is not available example "tomandjerry.com" i want to purchase but it's not available so which should I have to prefer from belows

1. tom-andjerry.com
2. tomandjerry1.com
3. thetomandjerry.com

Please suggest me that from above three which is google prefer. Please help me I am totally confused.

I'd probably say the first one would be good, having tomandjerry1 would be bad.

I think also same as you but I am confuse.

 

The URL is not that relevant, for me at least - getting high search engine placement is a lot more important. I can't remember the last time that manually typed a URL to visit a site, everything I visit is either bookmarked or comes from a google search.
