I work at a University Campus store and I just created a twitter so students can keep up with sales and news for the store of customtwitter. As of now only 2 students are following. What can I do to get more followers? I feel as though it is hard because my target audience is limited to only students and faculty. Now i am telling about purchase followers on twitter.
So you want people to follow you that don't care about what you are offering or have to say? What is the point of that?
Sounds like you just want to say you have a great list rather than have people that are really interested. I would rather have 1 follower who was really interested in my product, than 1 million that didn't care who I was. You are looking at this the wrong way. You need to ask yourself why you want more followers.
If you want more followers on twitter I would suggest you think of ways that would make people want to follow you. Also you need to engage with your followers.
Search on twitter with the same interests as yours ie suppose search people whom like to study And follow them and most of them will also follow u
I know of a way to get tons of twitter followers that will be interested in anything you want. Pm me if you are interested.
Maybe the only way how to get a lot of followers is to follow people randomly (but you should find some page that are similar to yours) and hope that they will follow back. For the people who do not follow back use Tweepi.com. All the best for you.
Have you put up something by the cash register that says "Follow us @ ________ for updates on the store and campus activities"? Maybe put a flyer on the door as well. Catch all the students coming and leaving if you can, and have flyers by the textbooks at the beginning of the semesters. Your University also probably has its own Twitter account so maybe you can get them to plug your store account too sometime. Don't buy Followers. You want people who care what you have to say to follow you.
