No, my apologies, the 40 iTrader is for people wanting to BORROW money for a period of time.

The other services are available for 10 iTrader upwards.

And even that is on a per-user basis, Just PM Me! For example I would happily exchange money for you, although you have slightly less than 10 iTrader.

Yes and the same with MoneyBookers. But user will have to have a fairly high reputation/iTrader.
