puppybehave.com is a domain i have had for awhile and a site that I just revamped. I have set it up with adsense and a place to add a clickbank product or five.

I have added five new, unique, copyscape passed articles. Sitemap is autogenerated so you only need to add new content and you are good to go.

The site is coded in php and the content templates are very easily to add new content. There is a place to add a unique title, keywords and description but without any coding to worry about.

The pages are coded like this:
header php include statement which contains the top portion of the code
content section (this is the only thing you need to do so basic html is all the expertise required)
footer section include statement which contains the bottom portion of the code.

My reserve is set on this because I cant just let it go - trying to get BIN as it is a fair price for the new articles and coding. This is easy to copy and paste the code for reuse with other sites you want to create. Very easy to implement.

Oh and it says ENOM, but this is namecheap.com registered. So free account will allow for a push.

 

I dig that you got it going and built a little since October 26th - but it needs to be rebuilt for monetization better ... also - you realize there is a picture of a cat on the bottom... 8)

 

yeah, it is an as is type of thing. I will swap out the picture. It is still worth the price for a good starter site. It is very easy to add new content and manage. The rest will be on the new owner.

@itliberty - didnt mean anything by pic swap - just making a comment that the site is about puppies but you had an image of a cat on the cover - anyhow am interested - will see how the bidding goes.

 

But you were right! I want the buyer (you or whomever) to know that I want them to be satisfied. The site was there "baking" for some time and I put that new template around it and added some content to get indexed. The code is easy enough to make changes that affect the entire site.

If the buyer wants some simple changes that I can code in that the buyer might not know how to do, I am willing to listen and do what I can to enhance the offering!
