The Vbulletin installation is new, and the PunBB forum is what I want converted,

PunBB is no longer officially supported by vBulletin's impex tool.

 

I know, I was hoping to find someone that is a SQL Jedi Master

Its also VB 4.X not connect.

$20 is a bit too low for someone who is a 'master' gconverter offers a pretty professional service.
