Who here pumps iron? I just started recently picking back up the habit of doing Dips, I know it can build a chest fast ( The Ladies Like IT ) So I was wondering, since I just got back..... I am still able to do my body weight with little to no trouble, so I went ahead and did negatives ( Slow Ones ) this morning I am a bit soar but not overly soar to the point where it hurts like crazy. So was it OK to start back on negatives? Also what would you all suggest for negatives? I want to add weight on but my dip rack is rather low and cant really add a belt like most do. Anything?
