  - We don't charge any setup fees on VPS servers. Setup is usually less than a hour, depending on pending queue size.
• What kind of content is allowed?
  - Legal adult content, IRC, Warez linking and proxies ARE permitted. No content illegal in the USA is permitted.

I haven't got a VPS with them but I just reffered a friend to them as I have spoken to a member of their staff before and he was very friendly and helpful.

Ah, what can I say about PulseVPS.

I've been pretty amazed really. I'm inexperienced with VPS servers, and was looking for somewhere to go. I was recommended to them by a close friend of mine, so I decided to look into their services. I wasn't looking for anything that costed a lot, however I didn't want to get ripped off by those companies that offer a "VPS" for $10 per month only to find out the server is situated in Kuwait and is on a 0.5mbit line, or something ridiculous. The setup was fast, and was done by a member of staff for me. I received a call which was to ensure there was no fraudulent activity going on, during which I could ask a few questions about the different options with ease. I can now, around 20 minutes after processing my order, access my account and start playing with my server already. I love how easy it was to set up, and am looking forward to using it to the max!

Nice packages - what is the CPU limit like on these packages? For example, if I got dugg to front page, I could use up *X%* of the server CPU for a small while.
