Pulse Internet / Tagbridge Warning

    A while ago i brought a VPS from Pulse Internet now known as Tagbridge, and i cancled it and ever since i have had invoices... for the order i no longer have, i then had a voicemail on my phone today saying that i need to pay my outstanding invoices or we will tell the debt collectors and they will be after you... this is just a word of warning.

    Yes im sure in WHMCS panel it says cancled... there sites are now down and no way of contacting them.

    Call them, send them a ticket! Explain the situation, i doubt this will be an issue what so ever if you communicate properbly with Tagbridge!

    If i am not wrong, then i am pretty sure that Jamie had something like "Power outage on servers, we expect them to be back up asap" something like that!

    And this is pretty much an issue with their servers or systems! Please, don't scream wolf wolf before you are 100% sure ;9

    Yea, network troubles, something like a power outage as mentioned above.
    I don't think they could of done anything to prevent it, its the DC's problem. My vps with them has been a bit on and off or slow. However they have been responsive and open to the situation and keeping me updated when I ask.

    I believe: 65.75.19* is having the problems.

    As for the cancellation, make sure you cancel and post a ticket to make sure that the cancellation definatley went through. And as soon as their site is accessible again, I would simply shoot them an e-mail. They're decent guys there and understanding, just let them know of the situation :cool:

    Yea it has i dont use it no more i use .org because godaddy messed up my transfer and now it wont transfer.

    I have a vps with them and I have had a lot of down time now I got this email "Pulse Internet Limited has Today (24 April 2008) completed a merge with Tagbridge Limited to form one of the UK's leading Virtual Server Providers. Your going to notice some changes over the next few days and we would like to explain what will be happening" and now my vps is going down all the time I can't login to my vps control panel to backup all my data and then I get this email

    "Good Morning,

    We have currently had reported issues with our USA node network, we have isolated these problems to the TimeWarner network and currently have an urgent ticket in directly with both our datacentre and TimeWarner directly and are additionally communicating with them by telephone.
    This network peering issue looks to have been caused by a firmware update preformed by our datacentre this morning.

    Please be advised we are working on these issues and are taking these matters as an urgent priorty.
    Tagbridge Limited NOC." so mite have to start looking for a new vps service I had 100% uptime with Pulse Internet and now with Tagbridge I don't know what my uptime is.

    Hi Woldo,

    The merge between Pulse & Tagbridge isn't the problem, for legal reasons I can't give the full reasoning behind the current server troubles however I have been informed by Jamie that ALL VPS IPs are having to be replaced. Caro are apparently this morning handing over the IPs and the replacement will begin immediately thereafter.

    This would have happened even if Pulse hadn't merged with Tagbridge. Jamie & Cameron have both been working around the clock to resolve the issues and have now replaced the IPs for tagbridge.net (hence it being down at the moment) so that we an deal with support request properly. Whilst dealing with Tickets on Friday evening and Saturday morning/afternoon I often had my replies not go through due to the DNS/IP issues, obviously this made replying to clients a long winded affair.

    I understand your frustration - May I ask when you submitted your cancellation request, and why you cancelled? Was a ticket created? Once our support system comes back up I'll look into this for you and try to resolve the issue.

    so when they will finish fix this all, now its really bad condition, my vps at there too dead now
    last hours i still can access but now is very bad

    Lucky that I moved my site back from them as I no longer need a VPS...just need to cancel when the site is back up
