I have had a VPS with Pulse Internet (now merged with Tagbridge) since January 2008 and I can't say I've had any problems. None what so ever. Every so often I get a message from Pulse Support asking if everything is going OK and that I'm happy with my VPS, and I do have to say that I am. Pulse Internet has offered me great value for money, I host a number of medium sized personal websites on my VPS without so much as a worry. A VPS of similar specifications with a different company hasn't been up to scratch. If I've ever needed questions answering I have received an excellent telephone manner, and the same respect is reflected in the answering of emails & tickets. Put very simply if you need a VPS that works, does everything you need it to and you want a decent support experience then you should use Pulse/Tagbridge, so far I've seen that the merger has only increased the quality of the service (unlike some I've seen in the past). http://www.tagbridge.net/index.html
Im also hosted with them. I have one of their powerful Hybrid packages, and i can say that everything works great, of course there are small problems here and there when first configuring your VPS, but the support guys are always there to help fix any problems... Best VPS provider i have been with so far!
