Any one can suggest how to make a report of all the direcories submission for one URL client? any website or source where one can just enter the URL and it generates the full report of that URL - as to how many web directories submitted to?

How can a 3rd party website know if a url was submited to a particular directory or not, and whether it was rejected ? If it was however approved, it's a whole different scanario.

I am only asking how to generate report for a client to all the 100 directories I have submitted for his one URL. Rejection or approval is not the issue here. Any one has right answer?

You should track your submission activities in a log or spreadsheet.

Email notifications for submissions that were received are not reliable becuase many directories do not issue them. However, if you are using a unique email address for each client, you can use them for evidence of your work for the directories that do issue them.

You make one in Word, Excel or whatever application you like - it's your notes.

Thanks but that is very time consuming. Is there any web site where you can enter URl and pull out all the list of directories you had submitted for that very URL.?

i like articletrader they have a directory tracker app that's free, but you can't customize it with the directories you want. they have a decent list that you can sort through.

If you are talking manual submission, it wil alwasy be a lenthy process...

These report would only be generated if you are using an automated tool, my best guess....never used myself thought
