Pulling email address from message body - help please

Does anybody have some idea or tool that could be used to automatically pull all email addresses from an email message body to automatically reply to them?

The problem I have is I've recently started selling stuff on Ebay (hate them, but it does make good profit :p), and conveniently they hide the address of winners in the message body so that I can't just auto-reply to the email, and doing it manually takes FAR too much time. I guess they do that as they want to promote their own selling tools, but as I don't want to give Ebay my bank account details, I'd rather have a set-up of my own. Anybody with ideas? Many thanks!!

I use Pocomail email client software, which comes with Pocoscript, a simple scripting language, that allows you to do just about anything with your emails if you can do at least a tiny little bit of programming on your own.
