pull a video from bbc news and display it in my site ???? $$$

hi, i want to take the video feed here

that site is IP-location based. So unless you server is in the UK, then we won't be able to help...I could write you a script though to just get the data then you can use it. but i need a dump of a valid html file from a IP address in the uk.
