Is there an MSN publisher network? If so, where can I go to get into it.

Same is my question.... but asa far as I know... MSN and Google... work collectively in this buisness...

Do they? Doesnt' MSN have their own ad center though? There has to be a publishing side of things....

I am curious about this also, I see people talking about it, and comparisons, but can't find a link to apply.

 

MSN does not offer publisher's the opportunity like google adsense.

 

They are coming up sometime this year in beta mode, will be available to few publishers.

Is Adcenter for US only..??

It looks like adcenter is open to a few different countries. I know that their promotions for the free credits is only good for the US, but if you go here:

You can see that there are several choices for your home country when signing up. Looks like Canada, US, UK, Singapore, and France are the choices right now, but you may want to email them to ask if they accept sign ups from other countries.
