Publisher Network - Warez Allowed

Here's the thing, I was banned from Adsense long ago as my site is a warez site, and its been a while since I've put ads on my site.

And few months ago, I've tested adbrite, and I'm getting really low amount per click, like $0.05 per day, and my site have like 3k - 6k Unique visitors per day. The max I get is $3.00 per month

And then i decided to switched to clicksor, and I have only activate banner/text ads, and removed pop up and inline ads, and then I've put it up on my site, and its been 1-2 weeks and they haven't even approved my site, and yet there are inline, popup, some floating banners, though I've disabled them.

Then i removed clicksor, and tried applying for tribal fusion, I got rejected i think as they don't allow warez.

Then I tried bidvertiser as most people recommend it, its been 2 weeks, i tried for the first week with auto approved, and i am getting $0.05, and i tried manually approved the ads, and i get $0.00 on the second week, its paying too low.

Tested text link ads, ads seem to be not showing even though i've done all as followed.

So can anyone tell me a good publisher network that pays good with check/paypal, and allowed warez?

Nah, I'm not going back to adbrite, its paying too low.. cpxinteractive, does it pay good?

Ok I will try adwaze, and see if its good. :S Hopefully its paying promptly..

 

I have signed up for cpxinteractive but is it only accepting US people to sign up, and also count clicks only for US Regions?
