Publisher Network that allows warez?

    Can anyone recommend me some good publisher network that allows warez?

    Not adbrite though, I've been using it and it has been giving low rates.

    Edited:- I want a network that pays for any IP, not only US/Canada, but IP from all around the world. Thanks. :)
