Publisher Earnings: TextLinkAds vs. TextLinkBrokers

I'm finally giving in and selling links on my site. Thought about privatization of the sales, but decided to join a network for the exposure.

Who has experience with both Text Link Ads and TextLinkBrokers?

Reach and volume are important, but mostly concerned with who will I earn more with and who has the better/stronger clients?

I am bumping this, because I am looking for the same information...

Also, what can you earn through these text links?

I am currently with Text-Link-Ads for one of my sites. I have been with it for just under one month and have already received one sale from them.

thanks free, but AdBrite doesn't sell static text links. There is a passthru on them that tracks clicks and traffic. I do have AdBrite on some of my popular blogs as ways for advertisers to buy ads, but I also want to sell static text links.

man you got my hopes up. It must be late. Thought you said "Static links are for page rank BOOBIES! :D :D

Static links are also for suckers who want their page rank boosted. There is a sucker born every minute and I plan on selling to them. (Although, I bring a lot of traffic with a few of my sites so one might actually think of it as an ad.)

Adbrite is good to sell on. But with text-link-ads they are static and can be put on the same page as Adsense.

I thought that Adbrite could also be put on the same page as adsense but apparently some people have had emails from Adsense asking them to either take their ads of the same pages as Adbrite or just remove the adbrite ads from the pages.

Also with these static links your visitors will think that they are just normal links and have nothing to do with another revenue source.

Now if you had adbrite and Adsense and other advertising on your site then they will think that you have to many ads and will just leave.

    Thanks for the input john!

Very Good point. I was not aware of this. I better start turning off my run of network ads and/or contact Google directly to see if they'll approve because they aren't contextual. (I doubt it though, Adsense has had a gorilla like personality lately).

Very true. Most sites have a list of "resource" links these days. Whether in a footer or in blogrolls.

Yeah if you sloppily through every ad up on your site that you can, as I have, you start losing userbase. Can say this from experience.
