The title pretty much says it all. On my Wordpress blog.... I published a test post, then deleted it. Well its gone from the blog but it still shows in my feed? What gives? http://feeds.feedburner.com/CoolCarTuning
It will disappear when your feed updates with new information. Just because you delete something that was published from your site, doesn't mean it instantly is removed from where ever it was syndicated. Once its out there, it's there until new information is sent to replace it. Sometimes you can't get it back...for instance if your blog posts immediately go to email subscribers...it's gone. If you delete, the URL will disappear so they can't click through, but the information is out there, you can't get an email back. RSS works much the same way.
Thats just the cache. Google owns feed burner and dosnt update it immediately. Try pinging the feed and that should refresh it
