For the past two years I have been working on writing a book (it has taken so long because I have decided to do what I am writing about to prove that it works), it is not about making money or anything about internet marketing (it is about a sport). I joined a couple of writer forums to try and get a little bit of help and advice about putting the book together. The one thing that I have learned from this is that authors who get their work published absolutely detest authors who publish their books themselves thanks to sites like Lulu. Getting the book published myself is an attractive option as it means I do not have to spend ages contacting and sending off copies of the book to publishers. Has anyone ever published their own book? I'm not talking about an ebook, I'm talking about a proper book that people read at home/on toilet/ on train.
