Really, I don't know where to post this, so plz let me know where it would be more appropriate, if needed.

My Q: We have a bunch of articles we want to publish and I'm wondering what are the pros/cons of publishing them on one of the following:

    1) On a website page
    2) On our blog (blogger)
    3) Something else?

I know I can do all, but at this time, I'd rather stick with one publishing process :) Thank you so much.

I found a thread related to this topic and it says that the more professional way to go is publish them on my site and then submit the articles...but beware of "duplicate content." not sure what that means...but I will beware! ;)

as I can't post links yet, here is the direct, but broken link: showthread.php?t=961276&highlight=publish+articles

    This one ???

surely duplicate content if you publish in more than one site with same article.

depend on your goal, traffic or look more professional for your site ?

    1) On a website page : look more professional
    2) On our blog (blogger) : increasing your site traffic especially if you had a lot of visitor who cmment and spread all over blogosphere
    3) Something else? try ezinearticles, give you backlink and traffic to your site

A lot of people don't know what they are talking about with duplicate content. The internet is a BIG place, so if you submit 1 article to 500+ different directories that is NOT duplicate content. If you submit the same one twice to the same directory then that IS duplicate content. There's software out there that help accelerate the process for you. Write 5 articles and submit them to 500 directories, and within a few weeks you will have 5,000 backlinks. Enough said.

    well said, bobbylove321.

I just came across a good list of sites for submitting articles to:
    showthread.php?t=952519&highlight=Pr6+Article+Directories%3A

do you recommend doing it manually, or does it matter?

Blogger is designed to be an easy tool to use so that you can concentrate on writing and publishing your content to the Web instead of formatting HTML.

Blogger is good but it not very professional looking, but it can be customized in the html.

I would honestly post the articles to a directory with a link back to your website.

first and foremost you should decide what the goal(s) of your articles are.

    1. Are the articles just going to be published with no intention to bring readers to your website?
    2. Is your intention to bring traffic to a webpage for sales?

once these questions are answered you can start to map out a plan. Let me know if you have any q's?
