    Hi All,

    Looking forward to sell www.speak.cc

    Following are some of the features of the site

    1) Premium Domain (Premium Domain Stamp)
    2) Public Speaking Content
    has 1 unquie article on the main page and rest are not unique
    3) Site is submitted to vaious search engines and has been cached
    ( Submission reports can be given to the new buyer)

    4) Site has been appropriately SEOd last week for "Public Speaking, Principles of Public Speaking" and has started featuring in yahoo on 1st page

    5) Assume little to no traffic as of now as this is a new website, traffic has started a bit now from google and yahoo and I expect it to grow high in coming times.

    Reason for selling : Although, this is something I wanted to keep, but I have some requirement to fund my other projects.
