It seems like they aren't wanting to serve content to your site. Does your site violate the TOS in terms of content at all? I would also wait for a repsonse from Google. It usually takes 2-3 business days for a response.

I had this happen to me months back and I pulled my hair out trying to find out what was causing it. Google has a list of certain words that will trigger PSA's. These words are like "Killer" and others that are not deemed appropriate. Evidently they don't want people profiting off of inappropriate material. You need to be very careful with your choice of words and the amount of times you use them. Avoid anything that may be considered inappropriate. These WILL trigger PSA. Even removing them for the SHORT term will not resolve it. The key is generate more content with appropriate wording to dilute it. Over time the PSA's will disappear.

I learned the HARD way and I hope this helps!

    Best wishes!:D

It also happens if you are working on your pages a lot; you'll often see PSA's when you refresh your page to see how it looks now.

How long does it take one you start adsense to get real ads served to your pages?

I think it's about a week, depending on how busy the spider is/how many people joined when you did.
Once the ads are on your page, it takes 0 time to add other pages.

I had a similar experience in the past if I update my template a lot and refresh a lot of time. It ran away the next day.
