Public domain website for images and videos

I would like to know what are the best and reliable public domain websites for images and videos.

you could try bestgfx or wegraphics for images, vectors and templates.
for video, try stockfootageforfree.com, however when I'm in need of video I normally do a quick Google search and find what I need.

These aren't the best and bestgfx isn't always reliable but it is something to go on.

Here is one more. http://www.clker.com/ I use this site when looking for vector artwork and clipart. They also have images, but they are best for clipart.
