pub-test - are advertisers charged for clicks?

    I want to know if advertisers are charged for clicks with pub-test (from side of google)?

    I think not, but I am not quite sure, so if anyone is sure about this...

    I don't think so because it is a 'test' account on part of google and no one's earning from it.
