    If you have launched a PST web site like IntOffers (http://www.intoffers.com), what you will do to increase the traffic and to invite the admin to advertise on your site. Any suggestion?

    Make referral contests and set low minimum payouts at the beginning :)

    Have a week where you give members an instant cash bonus when they refer a new person, like $.10 per signup - if you can track the IPs to make sure people aren't signing themselves up.
