PTO/PTA Website/Software/Clients for sale

Back in 2005 I was approached by a man to write a CMS/website for his Parent-Teacher group. So I did.

Over the next year, I started to promote the CMS to various PTA's, and I purchased www.ThePCO.com to assist in that venture. I have acquired an amazing three clients, all of which are paying me around $120/year for maintenance and hosting. I haven't done anything with the CMS, which is written in PHP, in quite some time. It needs some lovin'.

Someone with good PHP skills could easily fix this up and sell it to the thousands of PTA groups around the US. There is only one competitor that I'm aware of, and he's fairly new.

The 'software' also offers free addon modules. You can read about that at the URL listed above. One client runs a forum, another runs Gallery. One requested osCommerce, but I don't think he ever used it.

So here's what I'm selling:

Website and domain ThePCO.com
All CMS dev and production code
All 3 clients currently hosted on my server

Current income: $357/year
Potential income: Thousands/year (of course, anyone can say that, right?)

Hosting is not included in this auction. You can move the clients to hosting of your choice, or purchase a hosting package at a discounted rate first year.
