    Selling Established PTC site with income
    Hello

    I am selling an established PTC site with around 600 members
    It ran for around seven months has an alexa of 795,999 and 461 sites linking to it

    The site is www.xtremeptc.com

    It has around 5000-6000 hits a day with over 12000 unique visitors a month and over 19000 visits

    It has earned me an average of $400 so far from which the $200 was paid already and the rest is pending


    The earnings for the last month is $170 paid I will post proofs upon request

    The sale includes :
    -Domain name
    -Licenced script-(several script updates) worth $40
    -All website content
    -Database with members etc
    -Some tips and guidance on how to continue to earn - make the most of the site and dont just get broke


    I am selling the site cause of lack of time


    The BIN is $800

    What's the work load like on a day-to-day basis?
    Do you pay for advertising?
    What is the state of XtremePTC - any income problems?
    What Payment Processor do you use to accept upgrades and cashouts?

    And finally: Is the price including the full database as it is at point of sale (i.e. you won't just give the domain and script, but allow the buyer to continue where you left of)?

    The workload every day is very light

    You have to login check the stats,approve ad purchases(you can make it auto) and check if ads are running ok 5 min

    Once a week you have to optimize the database ,again 5min job

    once every 15 days you pay the members wich is 20min-40min job

    As for payment prosseccors i use alertpay,moneybookers,paypal,egold but you can use anything

    There are no income problems
    The price includes the whole database(this is the point of the sale)

    The traffic jump is a result of me taking over the site seriously

    In january and february the site was running(it was a domain with script) in maintainance
    After that i promoted the site build links and as a result there is the traffic you see
