Selling PTC site with $2000+ revenue (sell traffic here and make a LOT more)

want to sell a PTC site, as i do not have enough time to run it to its full potential.

Has 16,000 members, Nearly 1million monthly pageviews and over the past year has made $2000 (from the site itself) as well as much much more here on DP

it has recently had a small problem which means members do not visit as often and spend money on advertising, but there is an easy way to fix it, it costs around $90 from a coder, or with coding knwoledge(of crons) you could fix it yourself

uses the aurora script (massive control through admin panel), which means many members also spend quite a lot on advertising, with that problem fixed you could make $400+ a month from the site alone (probably a lot more) and around $100-$500 from DP, as well as a lot if you put a popup network on there

Payouts. You have to make them, but you can set the minimum, When site is in prime of running again you pay out 20-30% of income

You are buying:
the site code and database
Domain names http://clix.vc ($40 a year to renew) and http://clixvc.com (currently the forum)
The forums code/database (currently uses SMF, has around 2000 members)

You say you arent taking any bids, only buy it now but you havent stated a buy it now price.

 

Buy it now is in the header -> $1,800.

Seems high for a semi functioning website.

I'll offer $75 as a starting bid if you decide to go bid based.

My offer is based upon reading the clixvc.com forum, assessing current user satisfaction and not truly understanding how bad off the code is.

Also proofstats is not loading.

 

Have a look at your forum, many of your members are complaining on how bad the script is working, and there is so many issues. One person on one thread called your behavior "childish". A suggestion would to fix the problems first, get a positive member feedback, and then sell.

as i said theres a way to fix the script rather easily

anyway, if i don't get an ammount at or near the buy it now price, then its not worth me selling as i've put too much time into the site, i would just give it to someone who could run it for about 18-24 months

 

How many active members do you currently have?

What is the current site debt, I don't mean how much do you owe to people that have made minimum payment, but how much the total is that is owed to members, regardless if they have made minimum payment or not.

Will you be paying that debt before transfer?

Do you have any outside advertisers or are all your ads reliant on the members to purchase/redeem them?

Without know what the coding issue is, if you are asking $1,800 for your site then why wouldn't you get the issue fixed yourself if it is only $90.00.

What is the current hosting costs for this site and is the current host happy to keep the site there?

Not much debt to be lost, sales can always more than cover it.

May make a new thread for bids, need to sell soon to persue something in my personal life
