    We purchased this site thinking we would have time to run it we just don't so this is our loss and your gain.

    PTC website that just a month old. However, it's already getting over 150 members every week (at almost 700 in the first month) and has so far made just over $122. ($60 Previous Owner) and $62 Us ($5 approx from adhitz) The site requires no special skills to run as the script takes care of most things, you will just need to make payments and check everything is running smoothly.

    What you actually get:

    > A paid to click website with ptc script and admin panel
    > Great .com domain
    > Professional Shoutbox script
    > Theme and logo
    > Full ownership of a money making website
    > Very quick growing memberbase - members do the referring so it doesn't even require much promotion!

    I will not be selling for less than $150 (worth it for almost 700 members email addresses) as I know I could easily make this back quickly if I kept it,

    The website makes money from advertisers both in advertising space and buying the actual pay to click offers. Of course, members also earn you money by investing in upgraded membership or buying referrals.

    In less than a month the site has had 15,000 unique visitors, with mainly USA traffic (but a mix worldwide!).

    How have you got advertiser to the website? By natural organic searches through google or?

    The advertisers come from members and from webmaster forum posts !

    As the site grows more I would think that natural advertisers will come.
    The site has just made another $5.50 from a member buying 10 referrals !

    I would say you could do it on 10/15 mins a day
    but to maintain the good name it has got you need to go onto the shoutbox and be active at least one hour a day although this can be as and when you have the spare 5/10 mins
    I personally just don't have the time
