PTC - SCAM - website to raise funds

    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone is scammed by isabelmarco.com ?
    I lost $500 and i have been talking with my lawyer and the better is proceed with a judicial proceeding, if isabelmarco dont send me the money.
    Isabelmarco stole more than 200k dollars to all the members.
    For all the members scammed, anyone is interested in create a website to raise funds for the costs of the process?

    how u spent 500$ with them ? cant you charge back ?

    I invested with Isabelmarco when it opened and made a good profit however I do have money in my account which has gone to waste.

    If you didn't cashout when they were paying then I feel really sorry for you as many people have tried to get money back and none have been succesful

    I dont see the point in pursuing a lawsuit, especially if you had already made money in the past by cashing out. Hiring a lawyer would just be throwing more good money after bad.

    I understand that, but lawyers are expensive. You're going to lose even MORE than your initial $500 by going through a lawyer.

    Sure, it would be great if you won and got back your $500 that you can use on your new legal fees, but that money is LONG gone by now.

    I'm sure there are, and a few of them have posted about being scammed by them on my own ptc forum as well, but how much money do you think they would be willing to throw away to chase their losses? It's like gambling, in that you don't know beforehand if you'll end up losing even more money than when you started.

    Even if you get a lot of people and raise a few hundred dollars (which is being optimistic), that's only maybe 3-4 hours of lawyer time, which isn't even enough to prepare a proper case, much less get it to trial.

    I'm on your side, as I hate to see anyone get scammed, but in this case you're fighting a losing battle...

    PTC sites are making pennies compared to other good quality sites:)
