    I am interested in serious Hosting as much as affordable it can get.
    50GB Bandwidth is expected.

    Why do you need a reseller hosting? probably every host around will be able to host a PTC site.

    many hosts don't support PTC sites due to high resource usage. Check the TOS before you signup with any host.
